Data sources & accuracy

Where does the data come from?

Publicly available sold-property records from major Australian property listing portals. We don't access any private MLS, agent CRM, or commission data. See Methodology for the full breakdown.

How fresh is the data?

Most ACT sales appear within 3–7 days of settlement. Sweeps run twice weekly (Sunday and Wednesday). Some segments refresh on a monthly cycle. Numbers are point-in-time and may differ slightly from agent-stated totals.

Why does my agency show fewer sales than I expected?

A few common reasons: (a) we only count sales with disclosed prices and settlement dates, (b) joint listings are credited to both agents but only count once at the agency level, (c) very recent sales may not have appeared yet in public records. If something looks materially wrong, submit a correction.

Why isn't my agency in the directory?

Agencies appear in the directory once they have at least one publicly recorded sold-property listing. New agencies, off-market specialists, and brand-new entrants may not yet be indexed. Tell us and we'll add it within 5 business days.

Your account

How do I sign up?

Go to /signup. Enter your name, agency, and Australian mobile. We text a 6-digit code, you enter it, you're in. No credit card.

Why mobile verification?

It's how we keep the data trustworthy. Every verified mobile is one verified user. Anonymous sign-up would let bad actors flood corrections or skew internal stats.

I forgot my login. How do I get back in?

Free accounts: visit /signup with the same mobile — it recognises you and sends a fresh code. Paid Recruiting Radar accounts: visit /login with your email — same flow, but via email instead.

How do I change my agency or unsubscribe from emails?

Both at /settings when logged in.

Can I delete my account?

Email support@agentperformance.com.au with the request. We process within 5 business days.

How much is it?

$59 AUD per month, GST included. Cancel any time.

How do I cancel?

Click "Manage billing" in /settings — opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, update card, or download invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Is there an annual plan?

A 12-month prepay option is in the works. For now, monthly billing is the only path. Email us if you'd like the annual option early — we'll arrange it manually.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

Corrections & data quality

I'm an agent — my numbers look wrong. How do I correct them?

Submit a correction request with the specific issue. Reviewed within 5 business days. We aim to fix verifiable issues quickly; we won't adjust numbers based on undocumented claims.

What about defamation? You're publishing rankings.

We rank by performance metrics (sales count, value, days on market, list-to-sale ratio) — never opinions, reviews, or commentary. The data is sourced from public property records. See /methodology for our framework. If you believe specific numbers about you are factually wrong, the corrections process is the right channel.

I'm a vendor / seller / consumer. Can I use this?

You can browse anonymously. The product is built for principals (agency owners), not consumers — it doesn't replace agent-review sites or estimate-your-property tools.

Technical / privacy

Is the site secure?

Yes. SSL on every page, mobile-OTP for free signups, Stripe-handled payments (we never see card numbers), CSRF protection on all forms, and a SQL-injection-audited codebase. We treat customer data as carefully as our own.

What data do you collect about me?

For free accounts: name, agency, role, Australian mobile, IP, and user agent at signup. For Radar subscribers: additionally the email tied to your Stripe payment. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell my data?

No.
