We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate but cannot guarantee completeness or freshness — see Methodology for limitations. Numbers should not be relied on as the sole basis for hiring, performance management, or commercial decisions.
You may use this service to research and benchmark real-estate agent performance for legitimate business or personal purposes. Automated extraction, bulk export, or republishing of the data without written permission is prohibited. Pro-tier subscribers receive an explicit data-use license under separate terms.
